YUBUDOR FOOD CORPORATION is a newly food processing company based in San Fernando, Cebu.

Our company is URGENTLY looking for competent and dynamic individuals who can fill our need for:

OPERATIONS MANAGER

Qualifications:
● Female, between 28 to 38 years old
● Preferably a graduate BS Industrial Engineering or any business related course
● With managerial experience of at least 2-3 years in a food processing
environment
● Well-versed in all facet of food manufacturing and administrative affairs
● Must be competent with labor laws and highly creative in developing employee relations program
● Plans, leads and organizes activities of the production and administrative department
● Makes presentations to top management and works closely with them
● Computer literate and can work well under pressure
● Must possess sense of responsibility and keen to details
● Possesses excellent communications and organizational skills
● A team player, people-oriented and with high sense of urgency and initiative
● Must know how to prepare business correspondence and contracts
