• Male
• Industrial or Mechanical Engineering graduate preferably with license
• Knowledgeable in Product and Process Innovation and Quality Improvement Tools
• Excellent in problem solving and analytical skills
• Experience in leather process quality is an advantage
• Excellent communication skills
• Computer literate
