- For tanker vessel carrying molasses only and not fuel/flammable or chemical product/s

Qualifications/Requirements:
1. Bio-data
2. PRC License
3. Seaman's Book (SIRB)
4. Service Record
5. Medical Certificate
6. NBI or Police Clearance
7. Other pertinent document/s
