JOB TITLE: PROPERTY MANAGER
Job Description:
- Responsible for setting, implementing and monitoring of all site-specific facility operations standards and processes.
- Arrange and monitor the execution of building and house services including inventories; maintenance; and safety and security according to established standards set by the management.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Set, implement and maintain site-specific facility operations standards and processes;
2. Coordinate and monitor the execution of building and house services, interior and exterior maintenance and security;
3. Maintain a regular schedule for facilities management problem-resolution and decision-making by gathering information from internal and external sources; perform initial assessment of information and present options;
4. Monitor outside vendor/contractor compliance with contractual agreements; communicate non-compliance or other unresolved problems to parties concerned;
5. Set and perform site-specific program operations activities as requested by asset and program management;
6. Coordinate with human resources to meet facility-related needs of internal customers;
7. Monitor and control facility inventory;
8. Oversee minor remodeling or reconfiguration projects;
9. Coordinate building moves;
10. Prepare and update standard reports;
Requirements:
- With 3 years experience as a Property Supervisor or Manager in the Property Management field.
- Licensed Electrical or Mechanical Engineer,
- Experience in call center environment is an advantage.
- Knowledgeable in electrical and building codes.
- Experience in managing functional groups with good communication skills.
- Proficient with various software applications programs
